We ship your products nationwide by courier or ELTA. In addition, if this suits you, you can choose to pick up your order from our store. Any selection you make is made during the purchase process.
You may return the product for an exchange within (14) fourteen calendar days of receipt as shown by the documents of the shipping company from which you received it. The condition is that you first contact us by phone at +30 2815102585 from Monday to Friday between 10:00 – 13:00 (excluding public holidays) or send an email to info@wishesonline.gr to inform us.
An additional condition is that the products returned are in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without marks or damages and are in the packaging that was delivered as this is part of the product.
The customer bears the cost of shipping (€10) and returning the products by the same means they were sent to him.
The return will be valid if it has been accepted and communicated by the wishesonline.gr team.
In the event that the return of products is requested and provided that these products have previously been received and checked by wishesonline.gr, the product will be replaced with an identical new one.
In case of unavailability then they are replaced with another new product of the same quality and price, or with another product or products up to the price paid by the customer or with an additional price if the customer so wishes.
In the event that the customer does not wish to replace the products, then a refund is made via deposit to your personal bank account within (15) fifteen days.
